Milk fuels our Aussie athletes
With the world watching our Aussie athletes, we are focusing on keeping our sporting bodies in the best shape they can be. Whether we are casual walkers, serious runners or toning our musculature - milk is one of the best ways to maintain a physical strength from the inside.
Whether it is used for aiding a speedy recovery, building lean muscle or for rehydrating after a workout, milk has benefits for everybody from Olympic athletes to on-the-go Mums.
But not all Australians are informed on the benefits concerning dairy intake. Do you believe milk and dairy to be an important of a healthy diet?

Of course dairy is an important aspect of healthy eating. But as for how many Australians are aware of it?.. Perhaps it is time for Dairy to make a come back. The focus these days seems to be more on the after affects of not having enough calcium, osteoporosis etc, rather than dairy education. |
