Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 15cm whole meal or white baguette.
- 25g thinly sliced reduced salt ham.
- 1 slice (20g) Australian Swiss-style reduced fat cheese.
- 10g baby spinach leaves.
- 1 radish thinly sliced.
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste.
Method
- Slice baguette and fill with ham, cheese, spinach and radish. Season with pepper and serve.
