Ham and Swiss-Style Cheese Baguette

Ingredients
Serves: 1
- 15 cm wholemeal or white baguette
- 25 g reduced salt ham, thinly sliced
- 1 slice (20 g) Australian Swiss-style reduced fat cheese
- 10 g baby spinach leaves
- 1 radish, thinly sliced
- Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Method
- Slice baguette and fill with ham, cheese, spinach and radish.
- Season with pepper and serve.
